1. Welcome. What do I come with? – A brief exchange
2. Formal mindfulness practice – body scan, mindful movement, sitting meditation, breath meditation
3. Informal practice chosen for the day – from meditation of the mountain to kind work in pairs
4. A brief exchange of experiences about mindfulness practice and living.
We start at 7:30 pm and end around 9 pm.
